Could I make a reservation on line?

Yes. click on the button on our website and fill out the information. In a short time you will receive your confirmation either by phone call or email.

How do I confirm my reservation?

We will always call or email you a confirmation. In any event, if you did not receive an email or call, please contact us at (559) 936-9898 or email us at rideprestige@yahoo.com

How much does it cost?

Our prices vary, depending on the time of need, vehicle requested, and what packages are available. Please call our office anytime so we can ensure that we get you the most affordable rate for your event.

Could I have a corporate charge account with Prestige Limousine?

What method of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and cash.

Do I need to have a credit card to make a reservation?

Yes, you do need a valid credit card on file to make a reservation.

What areas do you service?

We service all of Tulare, Kings, Kern, and Fresno counties.

When does my time start and stop?

Time starts at pick up and typically ends at end drop off. For more info please contact us.

What amenities come in the limousine?

Our limousines are equipped with DVD player, 2 flat screens, USB ports, electrical outlets, touch screen stereo, Pandora and SiriusXM radio, blue tooth radio, ostrich leather seats, champagne and drink wells full of ice, and complimentary bottled water.

What kind of drinks are in the vehicles?

We equip our vehicles according to customer desire. We provide complimentary ice and bottled water. Soft drinks, juice, wine, champagne, liquor and mixes are available. Some of our guests prefer to bring their own drinks, and that’s ok, too.

When will I be expected to pay for your service?

For corporate accounts: you will sign the ticket and will be billed on the charged account.

For credit card customers: You will be charged a minimum deposit fee of $100.00 on your credit card at the time of reservation and we will get approval authorization on the remaining balance, which will be charged within 24 hours of pick up.

For cash customers: You will be charged a deposit fee of $100.00 on your credit card at the time of reservation (unless you arrange to bring cash to our office) and an approved authorization will be run for the remaining balance, but not charged. Balance will be paid in cash within 24 hours of pick up.

Do I have to pay for things like parking fees?

Yes, you are responsible for all additional fees such as parking or toll fees.

How does driver gratuity work?

Driver gratuity is encouraged and greatly appreciated. The industry standard is a 20% gratuity.

Are there any additional fees?

Parking fees and gratuity are not included in our rates. We do not charge extra for mileage or stops. Our rates generally include everything, with no hidden fees.

Can I make a special request?

Absolutely! We aim to please. Just ask! We are always part of surprises. You can decorate, write on the windows, or anything to make your event special.

What are the terms and conditions?

A valid credit card is required to be on file to reserve service. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve service. Full payment is due 24 hours prior to the day of service, with the exception of corporate accounts. A $250 cancellation fee will be assessed if 72 hours advance notice is not given to us. A $500.00 cleaning fee may be assessed if anyone vomits inside or on the vehicle. A $100 minimum cleaning fee will be assessed for food spills, drink spills, or any other excessive mess. Other damages to vehicle will result in a charge of 125% of the repair/replacement cost.

Can I smoke in the limousines?

No, Prestige Limousine has a strict no-smoking in the vehicles policy.
